The costs of the first shipment arising from your choice to return the products are our responsibility.

Following the request, you will then receive detailed instructions on how to book the outlet with TNT.

We remind you that, in order for returns to be accepted, the items must be intact, never used and equipped with the original labels and packaging.

In addition, it is important that the products are returned in one shipment within 14 calendar days from the date you notified your decision to withdraw.
